Meet the Founder

Joha-Maine Andrianatos founded JA Consulting on a simple belief: fraud thrives in silence, and the truth deserves a determined advocate. Her path into forensic investigation started early — at just 18 years old, she uncovered a sophisticated fraud scheme that had slipped past seasoned professionals, a moment that set the direction for the rest of her career.
Since then, Joha-Maine has spent nearly two decades working across accounting, forensic investigation, and fraud examination, with hands-on experience in corporate and mining sector fraud, payroll fraud, fake invoicing schemes, shell companies, and procurement fraud. Her background also includes bachelor-level training in behavioural profiling based on mirror neuron theory, which she brings into every investigation through behavioural analysis — reading inconsistencies, profiling, and understanding the human motivations behind financial crime.
She holds qualifications as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Chartered Business Accountant in Practice (CIBA), a General Tax Practitioner registered with SAIT, and serves as a Commissioner of Oaths. This combination of accounting rigor, investigative training, and behavioural insight is what sets JA Consulting apart: we don’t just look at the numbers, we look at the people behind them.
JA Consulting (Pty) Ltd is a registered and VAT-registered company based in Gauteng, serving clients across Springs, Johannesburg, and beyond. Every investigation is carried out with strict objectivity, confidentiality, and full compliance with ACFE standards, POPIA, and South African law — because integrity isn’t just what we investigate, it’s how we operate.
“Fraud isn’t just about the missing money — it’s about restoring trust.” — Joha-Maine Andrianatos
